Jeff Rafferty was hired as the new Head Golf Pro in January, 2010. He is an accomplished golfer with more than 16 years of experience in the golf business as a PGA golf pro and running club operations that averaged more than 20,000 rounds per year. Most recently, he was head pro at Casper Country Club where he became known for successfully running amateur and professional tournaments. Prior to this, he managed and directed the Elks Country Club, a semi-private club in Columbus, Nebraska. He also was an assistant pro at Norfolk Country Club, The Country Club of Lincoln and Crooked Creek Golf Club, all in Nebraska, where he honed his teaching skills. The Buffalo, Wyo. native earned his B.S. degree at University of Nebraska while playing on the golf team. Rafferty is PGA certified in golf operations and is a PGA teaching and club fitting professional.

Randy was born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico. He attended Roswell High School. After high school, he continued his education at New Mexico State University. Majoring in Professional Golf Management, Randy entered into the apprentice program in August of 2002. Randy graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Professional Golf Management in December of 2005. Randy was elected into membership and earned Class A PGA Professional status in March of 2007
During his time in the Professional Golf Management Program, Randy gained experience through a number of internships. He worked at Winchester Country Club in Auburn, California as well as the Tournament Players Club at Avenel in Potomac, Maryland. His final internship experience came at The Powder Horn Golf Club and he began working full-time at The Powder Horn the following season.
